EUデジタルIDウォレットの規則が官報に掲載

採択したとのニュースから、いつ来るかと待っていましたが、本日官報に掲載されました。NRIセキュアの古川さんに教えていただきました。

• 2024/2977 個人識別データ(PID)と電子属性証明(EAA)のEUDIWへの発行 ¹
• 2024/2979 EUDIWのインテグリティとコア機能²
• 2024/2980 EUDIWエコシステム ³
• 2024/2981 EUDIWの認証（Certification）⁴
• 2024/2982 EUデジタルアイデンティティフレームワークのサポートするプロトコルとインターフェース⁵

具体的プロトコルなどは 2024/2979のAnnexに書いてあります。

Pseudonym Provider には、ドイツなどから別の方式の提案⁶がされていたようですが、結局 WebAuthnになったようです。またデータモデルはISO/IEC.18013-5:2021と‘Verifiable Credentials Data Model 1.1’,が指定されています。
