About OpenID Summit Tokyo 2026 “Special Edition”

Across a wide range of industries, including finance and manufacturing supply chains, frameworks and related technologies surrounding digital identity have become more important than ever.

Moreover, from the perspective of ensuring trust in the use of AI agents, digital identity has become an indispensable component.

The next OpenID Summit Tokyo was originally planned for 2028, but in light of this major turning point, we will hold OpenID Summit Tokyo 2026 Special Edition as a special edition in the summer of 2026.
