APIs are attracting attention as one of the three pillars of FinTech, especially in Europe.Payment Service Directive 2It has become a very hot topic as banks are now required to provide financial APIs by the end of 2017. In Japan, it is still lagging behind blockchain, but compared to blockchain, which is still more of a research project, financial APIs are a pressing issue.
In this context, we mainly handle financial APIs.A conference called "Open Data in Finance"It will be held in London, the financial capital of Europe, over two days, June 14th and 15th. There will be a workshop on June 14th, and the main conference on June 15th. Although I am far from capable, I, Nat Sakimura, have been appointed as the chair for the entire conference.
