Cotton Club is located in TOKIA, very close to Tokyo Station.
After walking down the long approach and entering, you find yourself in another world that makes you forget everyday life.
The subdued lighting and interior are very relaxing.
The French-inspired food is delicious, but what particularly deserves mention is the sommelier [1]. He selects the perfect wines by the glass to accompany each course and pours them at exactly the right time. Even more surprisingly, if you finish your wine while a little food still remains, he gives you a small top-up. I first tried Jura rosé wine here. It was a dry, full-bodied wine that perfectly matched the herbs in the marinated octopus appetizer.
Good music, good food, good wine, and good staff. It is one of my favorite places.
