The Digital Identity and Human Rights Symposium, “Virtual Rights Symposium on Digital Identity & Human Rights,” will be held in Costa Rica on November 17. This symposium covers the social, political, and administrative aspects of digital identity and human rights.
The goal is to foster international cooperation on Virtual Rights through high-quality dialogue and inquiry among politicians, researchers, service providers, and citizens.
The symposium will begin in 9 with synchronous and asynchronous online conversations. These activities will culminate in the symposium held in Costa Rica on November 17 and 18, after which they will continue online.
The Virtual Rights Institute is organizing this event in cooperation with the University of Costa Rica and the Berkman Center. It will be chaired by Jaco Aizerman, who can be contacted via =jaco or at http://public.xdi.org/=jaco.
