I Met Governor Ishihara

I met Tokyo Governor Shintarō Ishihara at the Josuikai New Year’s reception. I was surprised by how very polite he was. He was quite different from the media image. He was in the same seminar as my father, and we must also have met when he came to Kenya, but it was understandable that he did not remember that. :hammer:

Afterward, I had dinner with Vice Chairman A of C○K, which rather gives it away. As always, the discussion was sharp and clear. Finally, we went drinking at a piano bar and listened to flute and other music. An executive director, M, from T○S, which also rather gives it away, was there as well, and I was introduced. I had not known about it, but I saw a flute branded “Mahōteki” for the first time. When I tried playing it a little, it was quite easy to play. I somehow prefer the way a Yamaha produces sound, since it takes more breath. We became animated over the thought that it is better to add an E mechanism after all.
