What Is the Privacy by Design Conference?

The Privacy by Design Conference is an international conference held around Data Privacy Day (January 28).

People involved in privacy from a wide range of perspectives—including culture, law, technology, business, and operations—come together for dialogue.

This year’s conference will be held on January 28 at the Hibiya International Building Conference Square. I will also serve as the moderator for one of the sessions.

What Kind of Society Will Digital ID Enable? (Venue 8C) (In English, with Japanese subtitles)
Session: “Secure and Safety Service Design 〜Designing with Trusted Digital ID〜”

In this session, the moderator and panelists will discuss topics concerning cross-border digital ID projects. Based on current use cases, they will address security and safety challenges involving trusted digital ID schemes.
