Where was Nodame's debut concert held? An unusual but good performance?

Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1 was written for a farewell concert when Chopin left his native Poland. After a grand orchestral introduction, the piano comes in with a "bang." Then Nodame suddenly begins to play something completely different from the rehearsal."Oh, how late... what an original performance!"(Original Work P.79-81) is developed... This is not the case in the live-action movie, but in the anime, it is performed faithfully at an unusually slow tempo.

Actually, I didn't really like this song.¹The piano is beautiful, but the orchestra is thin, it seems like the orchestra is added on to the piano, I've always thought that the piece lacks density compared to Chopin's later works. Then, when I listened to the anime version, I started to think, "Hmm? Maybe I've been mistaken about this up until now." So I started looking through all the audio sources one by one. I think this is a performance that divides opinions. Some people may call it "vulgar," but it's amazing. Furthermore, the orchestra's expression in this performance is interesting, and it does not feel thin as it used to. It can be said that this is the pinnacle of the achievement of a Polish pianist who won the Chopin Competition in his younger days and led a Polish orchestra.
