The business use of IT and business transformation through IT are fundamentally different. For example, replacing paper with PDFs is the former, while transforming business operations to be centered on structured data and promoting automation is the latter. The added value that companies create will change significantly depending on whether they can push this beyond the boundaries of their companies. In this session, we will look at why true ID federation is the key to this "digital transformation."
