I returned via Frankfurt.
I had a little time in Frankfurt, so I did some sightseeing in the city and had a meal.
I let my guard down and arrived at the airport only just in time. When I got to the counter, there was no one there, and I turned pale. On closer inspection, there was a sign telling me to call an internal telephone, so I did. Someone came out from the back, and I was able to check in.
That was a close one … orz
Then, when I arrived at Narita, I was called over by a JAL employee.
They said that one of my bags had been left behind in Frankfurt.
Both on the way there and on the way back—Frankfurt Airport is pretty awful!
