There was so much comment and trackback spam that I installed Blacklist. But then people who regularly send trackbacks and comments—including me—ended up on the blacklist and could no longer post. I had been wondering why I could not post, but when I checked the blacklist on a hunch, “sakimura” and “cherrynut” were unmistakably registered as spam words 🙁
I may need to consider implementing a whitelist as well; automatic operation looks difficult otherwise.
My apologies to everyone whose trackbacks or comments had not appeared despite having sent them. They have all disappeared somewhere… I would appreciate it if you could send the trackbacks again.
