Sukoyaka Milk & Juice Bar

A new drink stand has opened 0 minutes’ walk from the south exit of Kunitachi Station. It is Sukoyaka Milk & Juice Bar. Their milk is made with great care, starting with the feed. The cows are pasture-raised and receive no mixed feed. As a result, the amount of milk is said to be half the usual amount. It is also pasteurized at a low temperature, so there is less protein degradation. Moreover, because it is non-homogenized, cream rises to the top.

Unfortunately, the milk was sold out, but I was able to eat soft-serve ice cream made with this milk. It has the volume shown in the photo and is packed all the way into the cone, so it is quite filling.

The shops at this location change frequently. The rent is probably high compared with sales. If you want to enjoy this high-quality milk easily in Kunitachi, now may be the time???
