It is very easy to display Google Calendar’s “Other Calendars” on an iPhone.
1. Click the ▼ button to the right of the calendar you want to view under Google Calendar’s “Other Calendars,” and select “Calendar Settings” from the menu.
2. On the screen that appears, click the iCal button in the “Calendar Address:” section.
3. An iCal link will appear. Copy it and send it to your iPhone by email.
4. Click the link in the email on your iPhone. A screen like the following will appear, so press “Subscribe.”
5. That is all!
Why did I suddenly write about this?
This morning, I checked my schedule on my iPhone and joined the XRI TC meeting, which was held at the same time. I should have attended the Kantara Initiative board meeting instead. I usually copied the calendar manually, but I forgot this time. If it is automated, mistakes like that will not happen.
