It is a trivial matter, but a new PC arrived at work, so while setting it up I tried installing Safari for Windows v.3.0.4 (523.15).
When I tried it previously, Japanese was completely unusable, as in this ITMedia article, so I did not expect much. Contrary to expectations, it works perfectly. I am even writing this article from Safari now.
QuickTime also installed, and I can view it properly…
I think I will use this for a while.
