Enter opposite Bishamonten.
Walk 70 steps down the stone-paved alley… and there is “Seki.”
Kagurazaka & SOMETHING NEW!
Enjoy kaiseki cuisine while listening to nagauta and kiyomoto music! Step just off Kagurazaka-dori,
and you enter a maze of intricately winding alleys. The sound of shamisen drifts from beyond wooden fences.
The area around Seki is one of the few places that still preserves that atmosphere of Kagurazaka today.
The stone paving is swept spotless and sprinkled with water, with small piles of purifying salt.
You can feel the proprietress’s spirit of hospitality toward her guests.

The sake is Aramasa from Akita. Dry, clean, and delicious.
