This is quite a bold move.

Mac OS can boot diskless by design, so it should be very well suited to this sort of use. Even with disks, policies can be easily applied to executable applications and the like, making it simple to build a desirable configuration.

I had been wondering why it had not happened with Mac OS, and now Aozora Bank has gone ahead and done it.

It would be interesting if others followed suit.
