Dogo Beer Hall is directly across from the Dogo Onsen Honkan.
It is ideal for stopping by after taking a bath at Dogo Onsen.
It happened to be snowing, and the seats by the window were unbearably cold, so we moved to seats farther inside. That was a shame, but the jakoten and grilled Iyo local chicken skin were both truly delicious. For the chicken skin, the crispy salt seasoning is recommended over the sauce. Above all, the beer was delicious. There are three types of beer: Botchan (Kölsch), Madonna (Alt), and Soseki (Stout). Botchan is good too, but Soseki is especially good. I later learned that it had won a gold medal, which makes sense.
Sipping Soseki while nibbling on crispy grilled local chicken skin.
A blissful moment.
