On January 23, Clearswift began selling “MIMEsweeper for SMTP 5.2,” a new version of its security software for filtering email content. Pricing for 50 users starts at ¥550,000.

According to a survey by U.S.-based Mirapoint and the Radicati Group, 6% of enterprise users have sent confidential company information by email to unauthorized recipients.
