While doing a little Googling, I came across this article.
On October 4, NEC announced that it had organized a comprehensive “Personal Information Protection Solution” offering services ranging from consulting to review business processes as a whole, through system construction, to operational support, in order to help companies comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, which will take effect in April next year. Sales will begin the same day.
Apparently, the brand name is InfoCage. It may also be relevant to establishing a trusted environment using Digital Identity, which is one of my themes. I think I’ll look into it a little.
