I felt a sharp pain in the center of my chest. It went away quickly so it wasn't a big deal, but I'm a little worried because I'm leaving for a business trip to the US today (and I haven't even decided on a hotel yet!). It's probably because I'm overworked. I haven't had a weekend for the past two weeks. As my brother-in-law (cardiologist) says, I should make sure I have nitroglycerin on hand. :-?
However, the damage caused by the earthquake in Niigata is terrible. I shudder to think that this would happen in Tokyo. Fortunately, Typhoon 24 seems to have missed its target, but it would be terrible if it were to hit us directly. This year is really a bad year.
